I totally agree with Linda and Rozlyn.
My advice to you is to stop over-analyzing and looking for the negative. And I don’t mean that in a critical way. We always find what we're looking for and what we focus on grows. You’re doing yourself a disservice when you focus on the negative and looking for what could go wrong - setting yourself up for failure before you even start.
The bad news is that like with any business, Network Marketing or otherwise, the failure rate is extremely high and IBO's will come and go. You just can't force someone to build their business - It's not enough for you to want it for them, THEY have to want it. If the timing isn’t right and they don’t have a big enough WHY, their excuses "reasons" will usually win.
That’s just the nature of the industry. Most won’t but many will. And many won't now, but will later (timing). It is what it is....
The good news is that doesn't stop YOU or anyone else from being successful UNLESS you let it! Find the ones who are ready – they’re out there. Once you start building a team, it’s a blast because you get to play a part in and share in other’s successes.
And don't worry about knowing everything - no one does and never will. Start with the basics and build from there. Small actions done consistently over time will yield big results.....Rome wasn't built in a day (LOL sorry, I know it's overused but it's true).
As for the catch 22……..if you don’t have first-hand experience to draw from, you have plenty of examples of other’s success – your enroller Cynthia for one. Besides, YOUR success doesn’t dictate someone else’s success – WE, ourselves, determine how far we want to go – we’re not limited by what our enroller has done – there’s no glass ceiling here - the sky is the limit! So, you just focus on getting people the information they need to make the best decision for themselves and be there for the ones you bring on board.
