You are right...there is a high turnover rate in NWM. So you as the mentor/sponsor will just want to make sure that you are there for everyone that you recruit. You just want to make sure that you are not the reason why they quit, ie: not returning phone calls, not being there for them, not encouraging them etc.

But, it is up to every person that you recruit to make this business work for them. If they don't make money, it really is their doing for the reasons you explained. Even if you turned out to be a bad mentor (I know you won't but just showing as an example) then they should know to go upline to Cynthia and keep going up until they get the help they need. If they quit, ultimately for whatever reason it is, it's usually out of your hands.

It is something to accept because you don't have control over their lives and the circumstances that may befall them (and it's a good thing we don't lol!) So what we do is just let them know that we believe in them and know that this business can work for everyone that works their business consistantly. If they choose to get plugged in and work it then they will make money (this goes for you too).

Just like Linda says though...these thoughts are really something to talk with Cynthia about, as likely she's had the same thoughts too! I think we all have lol! But talking to her will help you to know what to do when anyone you enroll comes to you with the same issues .

Just like any other business out there, we have to learn and educate ourselves on it so we can succeed. This is where Personal Development is HUGE. Likely the team you join has their favorites to recommend. HTH!
