IBOs that don't make it...
There is a very high percentage of IBOs that don't make it.
This is probably because they don't listen to their mentors or they really don't work at it. Or they don't believe in the system that they are selling (I am afraid I might fall into this hole later).
How do you bring new IBOs on knowing that only 1-2 out of 10 will actually still be around a few months later?
You want to reassure a potential recruit that this is not a scam and that they will make money and do fine if they really work at it, but in the back of your mind you know that there is a high possibly that they won't make a dime.
How do you market to them? Do you just believe that strongly that everyone you bring in will have a life changing experience (and if they don't then it is their fault)?
I guess this is something that I am going to just have to accept.
This is one of the things that I have to get my arms around. I guess I really don't 100% believe yet that this CAN actually work for me. I want to believe, but I don't understand all the marketing stuff and if I don't understand it how am I supposed to train someone else to. I am hoping that things will make sense once I start my training.
I have a few personal things I need to do before I can join (most of them are tax related and since December is only two months away I need to make sure that they are worked out before I start. If I was starting this business in the beginning of the year then I would have time to work out these issues, but since I am starting at the end of the year, I don't), but once I do join I want to make sure that I believe in what I sell.
The thing is that I won't really believe it until I am actually making money. So it is a catch 22. I need the IBOs to join so I start to believe that the system will work but then I need to feel like I can honestly tell the IBOs that join that it works.
Any advice?
