Just a suggestion, but it might help (maybe even a lot!) to take the "join our affiliate program" link off the sales page.
I know that with Clickbank affiliate sales (I realise this is e-junkie but I think the principle may be the same) many affiliates won't promote a product with this kind of link and a vendor's opt-in so visibly available from the sales page for the obvious reason that (rightly or wrongly) they fear getting cut out of the commission loop if their prospects see that before paying and are in direct contact with the vendor. It makes what affiliates refer to as a "leaky sales page".
The thing with affiliates, it seems to me, is that in order to be able to attract them to promoting your product, you have to take all the most obvious "potential worries" away because there are so many thousands of other products they can choose to promote instead. Otherwise I suspect it won't be easy at all.
