Sunday - I actually walked the neighborhood and burned just under 300 calories
Monday - rinse and repeat - had the day off and stayed home and walked
Tuesday - gym - cardio only, burned around 500 calories.
Wednesday - gym - cardio only, burned just over 400 calories
Thursday - after work meeting. Home late

Friday - walk around the local lake with some local SparkPeople friends

Saturday - nothing today. Need to let knee recover
