I was always interested in getting certified as a coder. I would love to work from home. I had once ran a billing office for a psychiatry practice. I loved that field. I was wondering if I take a certification course, which one would I take if I only want to work for psychiatry offices?

I saw there were specializations for other types of coding (i.e. Dermatology, Cardiology, ect.) Can anyone give me a direction for a home study course that would get me the cert for me?
