I don't think it's legit. I did a search and found some similar companies that were scams. Some people said that after signing up and being "certified", they were then expected to pay more money for a domain, supplies, etc. They each required the $197 start-up fee, too. So, it seems like the same scam, running under different names.
It would be nice if something like this were legit. But, if it was, they wouldn't have to charge people to get started and they wouldn't need to search for people to do the job. People would be lining up to do it to earn that kind of money!
