I didn't read it all, but it sounds bad to me.
Even in the event that you weren't being charged to sign up, you'd still be responsible for ebay listing fees which can add up with no guaranteed sale.
Pop ups, voice ads, never ending pages with flashy writing are always a turn off for me.
