Hope when you get this things will be looking a bit better. I was wondering is the father of your children a good father(forget what he has done to you), if he is your children will be getting what they need from him,so that is good for them. Do you have visitation rights? If you do make them count, make good memory's for your children and yourself. Try and have a plan to get yourself and your life in order. Keep reminding yourself that your children are safe and well looked after and when you have achieved what you need to achieve you will be better equipped to get them back in your life permanently.
I feel for you and the pain you must be going through. I hope you are part of a support group, that will give you the support and advice you need.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
