The site does refer to newspaper customers, not higher education telemarketing. I wonder why the site doesn't mention other customers and actual telesales like the job entails so that people not interested are not wasting thier time and energy in applying then quiting. Thereare enough people who like telesales that would still apply - hmmmmmmmm
