Yes, they did tell me upfront exactly what the job was and what I would be doing but they didn't tell me that we would be calling people that went on internet looking for job and had no interested in going to school but to get further in the process of job hunting they had to click on that they were interested in furthering their education.
Another thing, if you were calling someone and it was wrong ph# then you were suppose to disposition that call as answer maching.....again, not until you do the job do you find out that when doing that it means the person continues to get called back over and over again. If it is the wrong ph# or prank ph# then it should disposition as something else.
I also was told not to use the do not call too much, in my opinion if a person request that then we are to honor that and if that means I'm using it too much well so be it.
I am not saying that the company is bad or a scam but these people did not go to search for a degree and sign up for additional information....it was a step to get to another section that they were interested in. The required 2 leads per hour is very hard to do when 85% of calls go to the answer machine and I do believe that if you don't meet that quota then you are let go...by CLC not adchemy...CLC is getting paid for each lead they make so they are the ones deciding when you get let go not adchemy.
Gopala described it exactly the way it is!!

This is what I had to deal with lol. Not meeting my quotas because of a lot of answer machines and not interested lol. I heard that nights and days were different with acheiving the quotas. I agree with you.
