I hope that everyone can work out the disagreements on here because I worked there and know the truth. Gopala has every right to saythatshe had a bad experience with CLC because this is the topic thread. Now yes anyone can comment if they want but you can't say that her experience isn't bad because you didn't go through what she went through. CLC employees go through different things so not everyone's experience is the same. You may really be having a great experience with them and that's great but Gopala is telling the truth about what a lot of people went through or are going through with the CLC. Like me when I worked there and I am a single mother who doesn't like telemarketing but since I needed the money I gave it a try. Now I didn't make the 8 goals you have made, but it didn't discourage me from still trying. Outbound/telemarketing was just never my favorite are lol. This job may truly be for some people who enjoy it and are a natural at it but it's nothing wrong with people giving the bad with the good experiences which will help others decide on taking the job or not. I'ma perfect example, I read ahead of time the posted threads before joining but applied anyways to see for myself. Now I will agree and clear up the misunderstanding on the pay lol. When I was working there it was $8/hr. for Adch with a $10 bonus if you got the goals but a couple of days or maybe a week after I left, they sent emails out that there was a pay raise making it $10/hr. with a $12/hr. bonus. I think if you try a job out and give your best then no one can beat you up for that. I do believe some employees may get angry or people who curse them out for calling. Though I never got the cursing, I did get a some angry people but I shook it off and kept going. So as you can see both of you are right to a certain degree. Hil,you are right about the pay and some of what you said but Gopala is right also when she worked there the pay was that amt. and yeah she pretty much nailed her experience. It just that not everyone may have experienced that. The managers and higher ups are really nice and helpful but sometimes if a job isn't a fit it just won't work. If someone lets these posts(good or bad) deter them from applying at a job then it's not the posters fault. I just hope everyone weighs out the pros and cons of the job and make your own decision to try it or not because no one can beat you up for trying it then leaving if you choose. At least you'll know for yourself what's a fit and what's not. Peace and love to everyone
