You might want to think about getting a land line - basic service phone. Even if you get some sort of VA job or one that wants you to make calls - they may require you have a land line phone - for security I would imagine. But I don't know - just my thoughts

There are some places that will allow you to work with VOIP or digital phone...or they have Softphone where the calls come to software on your computer. you may want to look at those first.
The ones that come to mine are:

The ones that allow digital phone:

Dexcomm
I am sure there are more....Maybe we can get a list with a sticky of companies that use softphone and those that allow the use of VOIP.
