I thought you might be interested in reading this. It's feedback from James who posted the ad, and was recruiting for a Tea Blogger. The pay is decent, relative to most blogging gigs, however -- James seems to think he's either recruiting for PhD candidate calibre academic research, or hiring for a CEO position. Though he has some valid points he seems a tad hyper critical, IMHO.
Note that the blog has not been updated. I take this to mean he has yet to find the Crème de la crème of Tea Blogger. [img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]So good luck!
