Hello again! Well, I called NEC to see if I could exchange my toe ring set for the drum and was told that once you use the items in the kit (try to put a sample together) that you cannot exchange it!
She gave me a couple of pointers on the cone though so I will try those but still do not think that I will suceed....I think that I might be able to return the kit but have to pay a $15 re-stocking fee, and then order another kit so I would be out $15. Does anyone happen to have a copy of the video for the toe ring set that they no longer need or are willing to make a copy of for me?? I would greatly appreciate it! Well....here's hoping for a good try!
