I too will dial over my hours and not bill but only if I'm close to the goal. The other day I was so far behind I'd never catch up. I stopped and started again after dinner but didn't do anything extra. That way I did do some evening dialing but working over wouldn't have helped me any. I do TRY hard to get the numbers up there though.
I also like the welcome calls best. Anybody who's there, even the babysitter can tell you if the paper's being delivered. I've been doing more renewals. I can talk to the customer and they say I need to speak to their spouse. Waste of time. But you need less contacts for those so it does even out. Edited by: dlandry
