Send the sample to the owner.The ribbon on theirs was so lumpy. I did't tell my husband what set was mine and inspect it. When hechecked each one overhe made some comments on both of them. One comment was the top was too lumpy and the seam of the ribbon was down the front of the cone and the directions said not to do it that way. When I told him the lumpy one was theirs he couldnt believe it. That is when I sent it to the owner. It took 3 weeks to get it back from her. She agreed that mine was not lumpy. But naturally she had to find something wrong about it this time it was too much glue. Just one more little tid bit, I when I told them in the beging the sample was terrible they said "oh you are only suppose to use it for reference". If I didn't want to give them anymore money I would buy one from them and see the workman ship.
