I liked The Firm I quite a bit so when the second one came out I bought it without thinking twice. If you thought the first one was too complicated this one is worse. In my opinion this is way too much thinking for an exercise program. I've done aerobics (high impact, low impact, step) for more years than I care to admit and I don't like this set of videos. It has too many kick boxing moves (which I don't like) on it and much more jumping, high kicking and complicated step routines than I am willing to do to keep in shape. I do like the bar though. Going to have to figure out a way to use it in my exercise routine. I've only had The Firm II for 3 weeks and I know a new exercise routine takes time to get used to but I think this set is going to sit on my shelf and collect dust. Just my two cent review.

I have had the best luck with Gin Miller videos. She really keeps it simple, but very hard. She is the lady that does the Reebok stuff. I have heard good things about the Firm but never tried it. Where are you buying your videos? I like to use Collage Video online or through their catalog. Hope you can get used to this one, or find a different one you like!

You are so right about the firm. If someone is new to excercise or step it is almost impossible to keep up. I was a kickboxing instructor and I also took several step classes and it seemed tough. I bought my videos on ebay.

I just decided to wake up early and go to the gym with a friend.

I bought The Firm II on QVC. I'm going to continue to do The Firm I and fitness walk. No Firm II for me - at least not in the near future.
