The Sales Representative is responsible for actively promoting and executing the sales of all products and promotional items as a personal shopper for every customer. As a telecommuter functioning in this role, the incumbent must be able to work independently with little to no direct supervision. The ability to interact effectively with customers to complete the sale and sell additional products is critical. The Representative will be closely monitored and must be able to meet individual and team goals in the following areas: conversion (% of calls received converted to completed orders), upsells (additional/alternate product or services) and adherence (actual time compared to scheduled time).
