What's the website? You can usually tell if it's a Mela site right away. Normally they say something along the lines of "wellness products" and "making your home safer" with no real mention of products, only the business opp.

Looks like it to me - the "no selling, no parties" bit tips it off. IMO that's false advertising and why it's allowed I'll never know. You HAVE to sell SOMETHING in a business or else it's illegal. I thought having statements like that on websites was illegal too, but some get away with it.

Looks like to me that it has to do with Melaleuca. I used to be with MomsWin, and my website said some of the things they are saying. If it is stay away!
