Ingredients
1½ pound chicken pieces
¼ cup bread crumbs or wheat germ
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ teaspoon salt, pepper
¼ cup buttermilk or melted butter
Preparation
Step 1- Wash chicken and dry with paper towels. Combine breadcrumbs with cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken in buttermilk and then roll in crumb mixture. Place in a well-buttered baking dish. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
Yield: 2-3 servings
