Recruiter/Account Manager

Army of Moms provides innovative consulting arrangements for Work At Home Moms that allow them to continue raising their families while staying active in the business community. The Recruiting Account Manager is responsible for maintaining long-term recruiting relationships with existing clients and managing the internal recruitment process.

Primary duties include strengthening and expanding existing client relationships, successfully recruiting highly skilled candidates for an array of positions, maintaining open lines of communication with Candidate Development and Candidate Qualification Teams. Other responsibilities may include pre-screening and interviewing potential candidates, performing scheduling duties, and maintaining applicant database.

To qualify for this position, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a solid recruiting background. Ideal candidates will have minimum of 5 years with client-facing Account Management experience. First hand experience sourcing qualified applicants through cold calling, targeted job advertisements and researching resumes using online recruitment tools is a plus. This is a Work-From-Home opportunity; therefore, the ideal candidate will be able to work independently, is comfortable interacting with clients and employees, and has strong working knowledge of all aspects of the Recruitment process.
